We do not send our first-party campaign-to-order attribution records to Google or use them to build a general browsing history.

We do not sell your personal data.

Security

We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk to protect your personal data.

Retention

Order records are typically retained for 7 years for tax and accounting purposes.

Support emails and support records are typically retained for 2 years, unless a longer period is needed for legal, warranty, dispute, fraud-prevention, or legitimate business reasons.

Temporary approved-campaign attribution is held with the existing cart session for no more than 24 hours. If a checkout or order results, the limited attribution snapshot may be retained with the related order records for aggregate financial and advertising-performance analysis.

We do not set an additional advertising cookie for our first-party campaign-to-order measurement. When an approved campaign or product-listing link contains campaign labels, we may associate those limited labels with the existing cart session for up to 24 hours. We do not store a Google click identifier, arbitrary query string, browser fingerprint, or general page-view history for this purpose.

When our Re:amaze support widget is available, it may use local and session storage entries prefixed with rmz. to maintain the support visitor, conversation state, and unread replies between page views.

Stripe cookies may include __stripe_mid and __stripe_sid. These are used for fraud prevention and secure payment sessions. Their typical duration is approximately 1 year for __stripe_mid and approximately 30 minutes for __stripe_sid.
