Shipping Policy

Dispatch

In-stock orders typically dispatch within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

If an item is out of stock or dispatch is delayed, we will email you with an update. If a delay exceeds 8 working days, we will contact you with the available options.

Please ensure that your delivery address, contact details, and shipping information are complete and accurate when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.

Couriers and transit times

Typical carriers include DHL, usually around 2–4 business days from dispatch, and EMS Datapost, usually around 10 business days from dispatch.

Transit times are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, public holidays, destination-country procedures, weather, security checks, or other events outside our control.

Tracking details will be sent when your order is dispatched.

Once an order is handed to the carrier, transit is managed by the carrier. If there is a non-delivery, misdelivery, or transit issue, please contact us with your order number and tracking details and we will assist and liaise with the carrier.

For consumer orders, this does not affect your statutory delivery rights.

Delivery delays

Unless otherwise agreed, we aim to deliver physical goods without undue delay and within any delivery period stated at checkout or in your order confirmation.

If delivery is significantly delayed, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier and advise you of the available options.

Customs, VAT and duties

Orders delivered outside the EU, including the United Kingdom, may be subject to local import VAT, taxes, duties, customs charges, clearance fees, or carrier administration fees.

Where required by law, such as for certain low-value shipments, taxes may be collected at checkout. Otherwise, import charges are payable by the recipient on or before delivery.

Customs procedures and import charges are controlled by the destination country and/or carrier and may cause delays outside our control.

Digital items

Digital items, including unlock codes, activation licenses, and digital content, are delivered electronically and are not shipped physically.

Digital delivery, cancellation, and refund terms are explained in our Returns & Warranty Policy and Terms & Conditions.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us as soon as possible.

If a cancellation is requested after an order has been dispatched, we will make reasonable efforts to recall or return the shipment where possible. Any non-refundable shipping, return, recall or other carrier charges incurred as a result of the cancellation will be deducted from the refund.

Where an order has already left our premises, cancellation is subject to the shipment being successfully recalled or returned to us. Any refund will be processed once the goods have been received back.

For international orders, the customer is responsible for ensuring that they meet all applicable import, customs and registration requirements in the destination country. A customer's inability or failure to meet those requirements does not, in itself, make the shipping or recall costs refundable.

Business customers: Orders placed by businesses are not subject to the EU consumer 14-day right of withdrawal. Cancellation of a B2B order after dispatch is therefore subject to the above conditions and any applicable agreement between the parties.
