Scope of these terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to orders placed through our website and to the purchase and use of our products, including physical products, digital products, unlock codes, licence keys, downloads, repairs, and related services.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer, including rights relating to faulty goods, digital content, non-delivery, goods or digital content not as described, or lack of conformity with the contract.

Ordering and pricing

Prices are shown inclusive of VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise.

We may correct obvious pricing errors, stock errors, or product listing errors. If an error affects your order, we will contact you and give you the option to continue at the correct price or cancel the order for a refund.

Your order is accepted when we send you a dispatch confirmation, digital delivery confirmation, activation confirmation, or other written order acceptance confirmation. Until then, we may decline or cancel an order, for example where a product is unavailable, payment is not authorised, or there is an obvious pricing or listing error.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe or other payment providers shown at checkout.

We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Payment processing is handled by the relevant payment provider.

Shipping and risk

For physical goods, risk passes on delivery to the address provided. See the Shipping Policy for details.

Returns and warranty

Please see our Returns & Warranty Policy for RMA procedures, warranty evaluations, testing, repairs, shipping responsibilities, and digital product cancellation terms.

Any commercial warranty we provide is in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory rights as a consumer.

Digital content and right of withdrawal

Digital products include unlock codes, licence keys, activation licences, downloads, and other digital content supplied electronically.

For digital products, we may ask you during checkout to give your express consent to immediate digital supply and to acknowledge that you will lose your statutory right of withdrawal/cancellation once digital supply begins.

Once a digital product, unlock code, licence key, activation licence, or download has been supplied following that express consent and acknowledgement, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded for change of mind.

This does not affect your statutory rights if the digital product is faulty, invalid, not supplied, not as described, or does not conform to the contract.

Please see our Returns & Warranty Policy for further details.

Service and repair fees

Where evaluation shows equipment is operating to specification, a testing fee may be charged. Please see our Returns & Warranty Policy for details.

For out-of-warranty repairs or customer-caused damage, we charge on a time-and-materials basis. A written quote will be provided for approval before repair.

Use of products

Diagnostic tools should be used by competent individuals and in accordance with the relevant User Guide, support materials, and product instructions.

You are responsible for any changes you make to a vehicle. Always back up configuration and follow official guides.

Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. To the extent permitted by law, total liability is limited to the value of the order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus; the courts of Cyprus have jurisdiction.
